We will open up our appointment portal by December 31, 2022. We will continue to have limited In-Person Meetings, so if nothing has changed please opt for a Conference Call (video or phone) available during the Spring, Summer and Fall months or share your information via our secure office drop box, secure online portal (ShareFile), email (password-protected a plus) or regular mail/delivery services.
2022 Tax Filing – Special Info
Thank you for your support as we believe in mutual respect in all of our client relationships. We expect to meet your deadlines and encourage you to meet ours in order to achieve an accurate and timely tax filing. Tax preparation is deadline sensitive therefore it’s vital that you respond to our information requests in a timely fashion to avoid any interference in our ability to work together.
For the 2022 Tax Filing Season, we require that you provide your tax documents in their entirety to our office no later than Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023 (February 22nd for partnerships and S corps), or we reserve the right to place you on an extension. It is our preference to place Tax Organizers on ShareFile in order to save resources and keep our internal costs under control. If you do not see a paper organizer by December 22, 2022, and would like one — kindly call our office line and request one at 541-306-4331. As always, we look forward to working with you!!!
